1. All individuals with a valid Malaysia handphone number are eligible to apply for GHL Rewards Member.


2. Upon approval of GHL Rewards Member, you will be added to our GHL Rewards Telegram Channel https://t.me/guanholeong for the latest promotion, news, and updates.


3. Upon signing up as GHL Rewards Member, you agree to the Terms and Conditions determined by Guan Ho Leong Group Sdn Bhd.


4. No renewal of membership is required.


5. As GHL Rewards Member, you are entitled to earn points for your purchase or redeem rewards or discounts offered.


6. Rewards, Offers, Promotions are only valid for GHL Rewards member only.


7. Members are required to present their e-card upon purchase or redemption of any of the offers or rewards.


8. GHL Rewards Membership is non-transferable and is for exclusive use of the registered member only.


9. GHL Rewards points will only be issued upon full payment and will take up to 7 working days to be updated into your membership account.


10. Members are strongly advised to check their points within 7 working days after their full payment. Failure to do so will result in no points being awarded and all backdated request will not be entertained. In the event of any exchange / return / refund, the points deriving from the said purchase will be deducted wherever applicable.


11. Membership Points tier system:

  • • Silver Member - 0 to 1500 points: Earn 1 point for every RM1 nett spent in any GHL participating outlet.
  • • Gold Member - 1501 to 5000 points: Earn 2 points for every RM1 nett spent in any GHL participating outlet.
  • • Platinum Member - 5001points & above): Earn to 3 points for every RM1 nett spent in any GHL participating outlet.


12. The following will not be included in the points calculation:

  • • Purchase or redemption of any offers from the GHL Rewards List will not be rewarded in
  • points calculation.
  • • Any purchases of goods and/or services prior to the approval of joining the GHL Reward
  • membership.


13. All gifts are subject to availability. The management reserves the right to replace another item of equivalent value without prior notice.


14. Guan Ho Leong Group Sdn Bhd will not replace any lost, stolen, damaged or extend any expired rewards, vouchers or offers.


15. Guan Ho Leong Group Sdn Bhd reserves the right to amend or refuse any voucher or points redemption for any reason or if it is suspected that the rebates were fraudulently accumulated by the GHL Rewards member or wrongly recorded.


16. Guan Ho Leong Group Sdn Bhd reserves the right to omit, add or amend the GHL Rewards Member Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any new or amended Terms and Conditions will override the existing GHL Rewards Member Terms and Conditions.
