A: GHL Rewards Member is a loyalty rewards programme that is distinguished by 3 tiers which enables a member to enjoy special deals and save the deals, exclusive privileges and benefit consistently during your purchase at our participating outlets.

A: As a GHL Rewards Member, you can accumulate points, collect stamps or enjoy the special offers available by presenting your e-card before a purchase.

Q: Who can join GHL Rewards Member?

A: All individuals with a valid Malaysia handphone number are eligible to apply and join GHL Rewards Member at zero cost for the moment.


Q: Can I still accumulate my points if I did not show my GHL Rewards member after purchase?

A: No. Members are strongly advised to check their points within 7 working days after their full payment. Failure to do so will result in no points being awarded and all backdated request will not be entertained.


Q: Can I still get my privileges or special offers/ deals if I did not show my GHL Rewards member after purchase?

A: No. GHL Rewards Member e-card or QR code must be shown and scanned during a transaction in order to enjoy the member’s privileges or special offers.


Q: Will I get my accumulation immediately after making a purchase?

A: GHL Rewards points will only be issued upon full payment and will take up to 7 working days to be updated into your membership account.


Q: How do I check my points or Tier level in my account?

A: Your name, membership tier and points will appear on the first page upon signing in to GHL Rewards.


Q: Is there any expiry date to my points?

A: No, there is no expiry date for the points.


Q: Can I transfer or combine my points with other members?

A: No. Transferring or combining of points with other members are not permitted.


Q: What is the point structure of GHL Rewards Member?

A: There's 3 level membership tier.

  • Silver Member - 0 to 1500 points: Earn 1 point for every RM1 nett spent.
  • Gold Member - 1501 to 5000 points: Earn 2 points for every RM1 nett spent.
  • Platinum Member - 5001points & above): Earn 3 points for every RM1 nett spent.


Q: How do I enjoy the Partners Privileges?

A: We will update our Rewards List from time to time. You can login to your account and browse our Rewards offer anytime at your convenient. Choose and redeem to enjoy the privileges. Show the privileges you have redeemed during your visit to our participating outlets.
